TGI is seeking CSRs who are self-motivated, customer service-oriented individuals to sell,
market, and service our superior, differentiated insurance products to existing clients and new customers.
Most of our staff tele-commutes from home or you can work in the office if you prefer.
As a full service agency specializing in providing superior insurance, we are dedicated to the success of our
clients. As a leader in the personal liability marketplace, our goal is to make our client's life easier and their
lives more efficient. We do this by being the "go-to" source our clients can always count on for all of their
personal insurance needs.
We currently have an opening for a self-motivated sales professional highly driven towards success with a
minimum 2 years PERSONAL LINES sales experience. You will become part of an experienced, high-
revenue team who will be mentored by our top-performing associates and work to service an existing
customer base and increase market share.
Responsibilities:
• Developing and maintaining good business relationships with clients
• Presenting and explaining insurance policy options based upon prospective clients needs and goals with exceptional customer service
• Quoting and issuing policies over the phone, email and fax.
• Making presentations to educate, inform, and up-sell clients on new products and services offerings to increase business efficiency, lower risk, and enhance profits expanding current business
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
• Insurance License Required
• 2 Years Relevant Work Experience Required
• Associate Degree Required

• Successful working in a fast-paced, dynamic, environment
• Articulate and can position the full spectrum of TGI services and solutions to key client decision-makers by developing client relationships to secure additional business opportunities
